Omar Jibran Engineering Industries is a well known automobile parts manufacturing company for all vehicles being assembled in Pakistan i.e. Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Honda City, Toyota Hilux, Daihatsu Cuore and Honda Motorcycle to name a few. We produce and supply plastic and sheet metal parts to major OEM’s i.e. Indus Motor Company (Toyota and Daihatsu), Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Ltd (Honda), Pak Suzuki Motor Company (Suzuki), Atlas Honda Limited (Honda Motorcycles). OJ have three manufacturing plants, two in Karachi and one in Lahore. OJ started commercial production in 1990. OJ is the first vendor industry in Pakistan who for the first time manufactured car bumpers and instrument panels. OJ manufactures approx. 150 plastic and sheet metal parts. |

OJ Plastic Injection Molding division has molding machines ranging from 40 Tons to 2500 Tons clamping force with 50 to 15,000 gm shot capacity respectively. OJ produces Bumpers, Instrument Panels and other Plastic Parts for the OEMs. |

With the capacity up to 1000 Ton, OJ is manufacturer of all sheet metal parts of car body like Fenders, Roof, Doors, Floor etc. OJ is producing Front and Rear Fenders of CD-70 Motorcycle with complete Polishing and Nickle/Chrome Plating. |

OJ has state of the art Mold and Dies manufacturing shop equipped with latest CNC machines. It has complete facility of designing, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, machining, EDM, bench working and assembling of molds and dies. |

OJ offers full turn-key solution with integrated 2nd floor office or warehousing spaces. All construction is as per international codes to withstand 100 mph wind loads. OJ uses computer-aided designing which creates a building tailored to individual customers’ needs. |

Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings |

OJ designs and fabricates lighting poles and masts. We manufacture and specialize in Octagonal conical poles ranging in height from 3.0 to 15.0 meters. All relevant codes standards such as ISO9000, AISC, AWS, UBC are adhered to. |

OJ is the licensed producer of world famous Hyundai Brand Gensets. OJ associate company Power based in Lahore is engaged is production of Gensets. We also produce Canopies for our Gensets as well as for other customers. |

OJ has full technical know how of conversion of vehicles. Right now we are converting Hilux Pickups into Family Van. OJ specializes in conversion of ordinary trucks into special purpose vehicle e.g. Fire Truck, aero-plane servicing vehicles, ambulance and vehicle for disabled persons. |
